Overview:
The role of the Account Executive (AE) is to serve as the primary liaison between CodeRyte and clients in an effort to assess, analyze and address all customer coding needs, leading the design and implementation of the CodeRyte solution. The AE manages and directs a team of Business and Technical Analysts ensuring they create real, measurable value for clients, making certain that the team delivers outstanding service, demonstrates expertise, focuses on client relationships, effectively manages change and provides day-to-day tactical client support. The AE is also responsible for personally building and maintaining relationships with decision makers of each client on their team's base with the goal of retaining and expanding the client's business and ensuring client satisfaction.
This postion reports to the VP of Client Services, Josh Pollatsek.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the strategic business direction and needs of clients to determine how CodeRyte can best align itself as a product and service partner for all current and future business needs of the account
- Develop the client relationship at all levels in the client organization
- Plan and coordinate all services necessary to bring a data stream into production
- Define objectives in partnership with client
- Manage a team of business system and technical application analysts in the design of the CodeRyte solution, translating business needs into system specifications
- Serve as key client contact for all issues with the engagement and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables
- Proactively own and manage the customer relationship including managing all aspects of the customer's product usage, satisfaction, reference-ability, return-on-investment (ROI) and ultimately, retention
- Work with the Sales Executive to coordinate the transition of a new customer from pre-sales to post "go-live and thrive" status
- Conduct the transition in accordance with established procedures; be aware of and understand customer expectations, customer goals and objectives, and customer specific contract language (i.e., service level commitments, implementation time frames, etc.)
- Identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to address their needs and minimize/prevent customer attrition
- Operate as a problem solver and relationship builder to research and resolve business issues, often times directly with the customer/member
- Consult with business analyst and client staff to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the CodeRyte system
- Monitor/document how changing business needs will affect the system
- Understand the role of the system in the big picture and provide ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system
Qualifications
- Requires excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; basic knowledge of computer operations and ability to use MS Excel/Office tools
- Requires ability to utilize resources, and be able to solve problem independently and work well in an environment with dynamic work requirements
- Knowledge of Registration and Scheduling, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Radiology Information Systems a plus
- A full understanding of implementation, project management and proposals is required. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral; Analytical reasoning and aptitude with quantitative analysis (MS Access and Excel experience a plus); IT systems (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP), database design, and data structures (including experience working with SQL); creativity and innovative thinking; relationship-building skills; attention to detail; willingness to travel
- Interest in the use of technology to improve healthcare practices is desirable
- Ten plus years professional experience as a hospital or practice management administrator, IT consultant, or healthcare systems project management
