Project Management Professional (PMP)

Overview:

The primary role of a Project Manager Professional is to act as the technical authority/administrator for the implementation programs within CodeRyte. This includes coordinating all implementation project schedules, guarantying the performance of project planners, organizing and ensuring an on-time and complete implementation.

This position reports to VP of Client Services, George Moon.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic planning by evaluating the implementation project portfolio and providing analysis to senior management and CodeRyte Account Managers to ensure each project's consistency with the organization's goals
  • Seeking innovation in scheduling and executing plans in an effort to improve program economics
  • Review project schedules to determine if the sequence of activities will deliver the product and project scope within the parameters of the project objectives through:
    1. Leading the integration and roll-out of owners' schedules
    2. Coordination of schedule risk analysis
    3. Leading interface of independent project reviews
    4. Defining and optimizing critical paths
    5. Establishing project milestones
  • Review project schedules and provide analysis as to compliance with CodeRyte scheduling standards including, logic analysis, reasonableness and accurate reflection of execution planning
  • Provide recommendations for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the scheduling process and evaluate the project portfolio schedules relative to the KPI
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the scheduling tools/process/standards to promote consistency in project schedules, including s/w specifications, work breakdown structure, project activity ID and coding structure and reporting calendars

Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience and training
  • Technological background, preferably with implementation/integration experience and comfortable with the development of the product and natural language processing
  • Experience with complex processes within complex industries, especially health care, insurance and/or multi-feed transaction processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate efforts between different teams
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
