Ms. Pulzone joined CodeRyte's executive team in 2010 bringing more than 20 years of relevant financial leadership and experience. Ms. Pulzone previously served as a Managing Director for Global Environment Fund, a private equity firm based in Chevy Chase, Md., that focused on investments in companies within the clean technology sector. While there, she was actively involved with the management teams of rapid growth portfolio companies. Prior to that role, she was Senior Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer for SPACEHAB, Incorporated, a provider of facilities and technologies for commercial aerospace and NASA's space shuttle program. She has held senior financial management positions in several middle-market technology companies focused in both healthcare technology and software. Ms. Pulzone is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. |
