With nearly 35 years of experience in healthcare software, Mr. Sears serves as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining CodeRyte, he served as the national sales manager and vice president of sales for 3M Health Information Systems, Inc., where he directed the tremendous growth of the company’s core health information management and revenue cycle product portfolios.
While at 3M, Mr. Sears also held positions in marketing product management, marketing communications and regional sales management. Prior to joining 3M, he held similar roles with Control Data Corporations Healthcare Services division. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. |
